What you will do

• Manage product pre-qualification, joint qualification, launch, and sustaining processes.
• Conduct storage application analysis, reporting, and technical issue resolution.
• Drive improvements in HDD performance, compatibility, and stability through software and hardware studies.
• Collaborate with customer-facing and cross-functional engineering teams to solve complex product issues.
• Develop storage-related tools and scripts for application testing and measurement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Computer Science, or related majors.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese communications.
• Extensive experience in software or firmware development/testing within the storage industry (especially Video Surveillance and NAS).
• Expertise in HDD/SSD development, troubleshooting, or testing.
• Proficient programming skills in C, Python, and Linux Shell.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Linux I/O stack and experience in I/O performance tuning.
• Familiarity with AI technologies.
