What you will do

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for AI tools and the AI Agents Platform aligned with R&D goals.
• Collaborate with product owners from engineering, art, and production to translate studio workflows into clear requirements and technical specifications.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, prioritization, development, rollout, and iteration.
• Work closely with ML engineers, software developers, and UX designers to deliver production-ready, reliable AI products.
• Define and track success metrics such as adoption, ROI, and productivity impact across the studio.
• Champion a platform mindset to enable reuse, extensibility, and safe adoption of AI across different teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management shipping complex technical products or platforms.
• Strong understanding of applied AI, LLMs, Generative AI, and AI agents.
• Proven ability to drive products from early discovery through to production deployment.
• Experience working with engineering-heavy teams and translating technical constraints into product decisions.
• Ability to work from the Singapore headquarters (Relocation support provided).

Nice to have

• Direct experience with game development pipelines and workflows.
• Prior work on platform products, developer tools, or internal tooling.
• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks or workflow automation systems.
• Proficiency with JIRA for project management.
• Experience operating in R&D or innovation-driven environments with high ambiguity.
