Location: Must be legally permitted to work in Singapore. This is a hybrid role.

What you will do

  • Lead strategic engagements and orchestrate complex opportunities across internal and external teams.
  • Partner with account executives to guide deal strategy, territory planning, and pipeline creation.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, demonstrating advanced AI expertise to senior and C-level stakeholders.
  • Lead customer workshops to shape AI use cases, prioritization frameworks, and pilot opportunities.
  • Drive field execution of sales campaigns and enablement initiatives across the AI portfolio.
  • Capture customer insights to influence product, marketing, and professional services roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Must be legally permitted to work in Singapore.
  • 10 to 12 years of experience in software, cloud, or AI-related roles.
  • Proven capability in AI-powered customer experience and conversational AI solutions.
  • Experience in sales overlay, specialist, or subject matter expert functions.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and manage multiple concurrent work streams.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling leading AI solutions for customer experience or contact center transformation.
