Salary: $180,000 — $247,500 USD

What you will do

• Define and direct the technical strategy for the largest and most important enterprise accounts.
• Guide customers through a transformational journey to evaluate and adopt Databricks.
• Build proofs-of-concept and deliver product demonstrations to showcase technical capabilities.
• Act as the primary technical voice and partner for high-value clients.
• Establish a movement of technical champions within client accounts.
• Provide structured mentorship to other team members.

Requirements

• Proven track record in pre-sales and helping large enterprises become more data-driven.
• Experience working with very large global accounts (over $1m ARR).
• Ability to build strong relationships with executives and internal influencers.
• Technical expertise in data engineering, cloud data warehousing, and/or data science.
• Production programming expertise in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
