What you will do

• Manage HR administration and maintain employee documentation in compliance with local regulations.
• Organize and improve onboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Support employee relocation processes, including documentation and stakeholder coordination.
• Prepare and submit required quarterly reports to AIFC.
• Analyze and optimize existing HR workflows and internal procedures.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure alignment across different regions.

Requirements

• Experience with HR administration and personnel documentation.
• Proven experience in organizing employee onboarding processes.
• Background in supporting employee relocation and managing related documents.
• Experience preparing and submitting quarterly reporting to AIFC.
• English: Working level sufficient for professional communication.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to task management.
