TL;DR

Location: Remote (Canada). Must be located in the CST or PST time zones

Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 CAD per year

What you will do

  • Support e-commerce retailers across various platforms to resolve technical and configuration issues.
  • Collaborate with engineers to solve operational problems and provide high-touch merchant support.
  • Manage high volumes of customer inquiries with effective prioritization and empathy.
  • Develop and streamline scalable support processes and internal workflows.
  • Communicate new features to merchant partners and gather feedback for product planning.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada within the CST or PST time zones.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Tech, eCommerce, or SaaS industries.
  • Ability to clearly describe technical concepts in writing.
  • Strong aptitude for understanding complicated technical systems and owning projects to completion.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in French.
  • Experience with major e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.
  • Exposure to web development concepts.
  • Comfort working with logs and formatted data for troubleshooting.
