What you will do

• Handle L2 tickets, ensuring prompt resolution and keeping the knowledge base updated.
• Analyze automated business processes to identify and eliminate potential "troublemakers" proactively.
• Extend, improve, and customize automation solutions while maintaining regular client contact.
• Collaborate with L1 support and development teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Perform routine maintenance and optimize software design and code reusability of automation artifacts.
• Provide expertise and guidance during the onboarding and service transition of new clients.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in automation.
• Proficiency in programming with .NET, C#, VBA, Java, Powershell, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath and RPA.
• Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be based in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Nice to have

• Certifications in UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts, incident, and change management.
• Exposure to AI agents, LLMs, and orchestration frameworks like LangChain.
