What you will do

• Design, develop, and debug software to enable hirify.global hardware features.
• Optimize full-stack software including firmware, drivers, OS, and SDKs for cloud deployment models.
• Collaborate with partners to integrate optimized solutions into their software stacks.
• Develop reference cloud platform software and improve customer designs.
• Perform bug analysis and provide timely customer support.
• Engage in DevOps and lab infrastructure activities to ensure efficient workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years or Master's with 4+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and NodeJS.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and engineering concepts.
• Experience in software validation, debugging, and DevOps practices.
• Advanced English level required.
• Must have unrestricted, permanent right to work in Mexico.

Nice to have

• Understanding of AI/ML algorithms and frameworks.
• Experience working on open-source development projects.
• REST API development experience.
