TL;DR

What you will do

  • Design and maintain Python backend microservices deployed on AWS (ECS, S3, CloudWatch).
  • Build and integrate REST APIs, implementing authentication and RBAC.
  • Implement real-time voice pipeline integrations using SIP, WebRTC, and LiveKit.
  • Develop third-party integrations with CRM systems and calendars (e.g., Zoho, Google, Microsoft).
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines via Bitbucket Pipelines and containerize services with Docker.
  • Collaborate with AI, frontend, and DevOps teams through code reviews and design discussions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of backend engineering experience with strong Python proficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services, including ECS, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, and S3.
  • Proven track record of designing and maintaining microservices architectures.
  • Experience with Docker, Docker Compose, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Strong written and verbal English proficiency for technical documentation and cross-functional communication.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of SIP, WebRTC, or LiveKit.
  • Exposure to AI/LLM or conversational voice platforms.
  • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
  • Proficiency with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Experience with latency optimization for real-time systems.
