What you will do

• Lead the design, prototyping, and implementation of multi-phase features and tools with high business impact.
• Collaborate with Product Design and Product Management to align on priorities and technical solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Golang development and quality standards.
• Break down large projects across multiple teams and evaluate technical tradeoffs to maintain momentum.
• Mentor teammates through technical guidance, code reviews, and pair programming.
• Advocate for technical roadmaps and participate in system-wide debugging and production support.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Expert-level proficiency in Go with a track record of developing complex, production-grade applications.
• Experience with Linux (including troubleshooting and bash scripting) and relational/NoSQL databases.
• Expertise in distributed systems and cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD and automation principles (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Must be able to work without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
• Experience using HashiCorp products such as Vault, Terraform, Packer, Nomad, or Consul.
