What you will do

• Lead 6-18 month category strategies covering product mix, pricing, promotions, and campaigns.
• Analyze customer data and market trends to drive sustainable brand growth and customer patterns.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to deliver products and campaigns on time.
• Manage commercial propositions and lead negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify new product and service opportunities based on customer feedback and market research.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a team through regular feedback and succession planning.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in buying, marketing, or commercial roles.
• Proven expertise in category management and leveraging customer insights.
• Experience managing a large portfolio with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience working within matrix organizational structures.
• Demonstrated people leadership and team development capabilities.
• Experience in FMCG or the liquor industry is highly regarded.
