What you will do

  • Develop and execute long-term category strategies aligned with B2B business goals.
  • Manage P&L for assigned categories, driving revenue growth, gross margins, and inventory optimization.
  • Conduct detailed market intelligence analysis to influence product development and positioning.
  • Foster relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and R&D teams to align regional and global objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of category specialists to foster high performance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in B2B category management, product strategy, or procurement.
  • Proven track record of managing P&L in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in interpreting market data and financial KPIs.
  • Advanced negotiation skills with the ability to define and leverage commercial levers.
  • Visionary thinking with the ability to connect market trends to actionable growth plans.
  • Must be based in or eligible to work in the UK/Europe as per regional requirements.
