What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end fixed assets accounting process, including additions, disposals, and depreciation in NetSuite.
• Ensure all assets placed into service have proper audit support and align with company accounting policies.
• Perform monthly closing activities, including preparing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Analyze asset accounts to identify and correct discrepancies.
• Collaborate with operations and integrated services teams to gather information for proper asset capitalization.
• Drive process improvements and implement new policies to streamline department workflow and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 7+ years of experience in fixed assets or general accounting.
• 3+ years of public accounting experience, preferably with a top 100 firm.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• Deep understanding of GAAP accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
