What you will do

• Own the monthly and annual financial close process, excluding revenue and billing.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including cash management, AP, payroll, and general ledger analysis.
• Prepare audit schedules and coordinate external audit activities.
• Drive automation and process improvements within NetSuite and Zuora.
• Manage and develop accounting personnel as the organization scales.
• Oversee tax compliance, treasury management, and asset management.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Subject matter expert in GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience with multi-state payroll journals and benefit entries.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in high-volume, multi-currency environments.
• Proficiency in NetSuite, Zuora, Paychex, and Google Suite is preferred.
