What you will do

• Perform process setup and buyoff for drive backend assembly to meet yield and quality targets.
• Monitor production yield, conduct process mapping, and implement immediate containment for excursions.
• Design experiments to identify root causes of production issues and propose corrective actions.
• Perform data queries and analysis to provide actionable insights for engineering teams.
• Monitor KPIVs/KPOVs and manage fast triggering systems to ensure stable operations.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Must be based in Woodlands, Singapore.
• Strong data querying and analytical capabilities.
• Experience in manufacturing processes and failure analysis.
• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
