What you will do

• Perform sputter source repair and conversion following troubleshooting flowcharts and MPS plans.
• Conduct failure analysis on sources and components in collaboration with equipment engineers to improve robustness.
• Track failure components and ensure strict compliance with operational procedures.
• Drive cost-saving projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce expenditures.
• Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding technical issues.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electronic issues.
• Willingness to work in a clean room environment.
• Ability to work a 12-hour day shift pattern (7:30 am to 7:45 pm).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of Sputter technology.
