What you will do

• Perform process setup and buyoff for Drive Backend Assembly to ensure yield and quality targets are met.
• Monitor production yield, conduct process mapping, and design experiments to identify root causes of excursions.
• Analyze data to provide insights for engineering teams and ensure sustainability via KPIV/KPOV monitoring.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineers to achieve aggressive company OKRs while upholding high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or related disciplines.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Woodlands, Singapore.
• Strong data querying and analytical capabilities.
• Proficient verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and maintain professional resilience.
