What you will do

• Lead a team of technicians to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and service production machinery.
• Perform root cause analysis for equipment downtime and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and maintain machine checklists to standardize daily maintenance and operational tasks.
• Drive productivity and safety improvements through the proposal and implementation of Kaizen ideas.
• Diagnose and repair machine parts using technical documentation and circuit diagrams.
• Prepare technical reports and data summaries for engineering management.

Requirements

• Technical expertise in automation, electronics, electrical controls, mechanical systems, or mechatronics.
• Ability to interpret and apply circuit diagrams and technical documentation.
• Experience leading or coordinating technical teams within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis for problem-solving.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be located in or able to work in Woodlands, Singapore.
