What you will do

• Design, build, and ship high-quality product experiences from concept through production.
• Prototype and validate implementations quickly with real patients and care teams to refine clinical contexts.
• Translate product needs into reusable, well-architected patterns to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Develop systems that provide transparency and trust regarding AI and automation actions.
• Champion and optimize performance, accessibility, and reliability across the codebase.
• Document and share AI-native workflows and prompt patterns to accelerate team development.

Requirements

• Deep proficiency in React, TypeScript, Next.js, Three.js, and JavaScript.
• Backend experience with SST, Drizzle, SQL, and Node.
• Proven experience taking a product from 0 to 1 in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment.
• Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership of large codebase areas.
• Strong communication skills for articulating technical problems, constraints, and timelines.
