Fullstack Engineer (TypeScript)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid with 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications and integrations using React, TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, Express, and SQL.
• Build internal tools with the support team to improve customer service delivery.
• Deliver small features and iterate on the self-serve product offering.
• Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes, practices, scalability, and efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance to internal teams and customers, including participation in customer technical calls.

Requirements

• Extensive full-stack development experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Express, Node.js, SQL, and external integrations.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and solving complex integration challenges.
• Practical understanding of SCIM, SAML 2.0, and single sign-on integrations, including troubleshooting.
• Ability to write clean, testable, maintainable code and develop durable features for high-availability environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, independent working, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work from the Boston office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Grafana and monitoring tools.
• Experience with Scala or Java.
