What you will do

• Design and develop scalable frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Own the frontend architecture and drive technical decisions across the product.
• Build complex, data-intensive user interfaces and financial workflows.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into elegant solutions.
• Establish frontend best practices, coding standards, and testing strategies.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture.
• Experience building complex SaaS or B2B products.
• Deep understanding of state management, performance optimization, and frontend scalability.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience as a Tech Lead, preferably in startups.

Nice to have

• Experience with Next.js.
• Background in Fintech, Insurtech, or Banking.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native applications.
• Exposure to AI-powered products and workflows.
