What you will do

• Drive architectural design for full-stack applications, including user interfaces, middleware, and backend systems.
• Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using C#, TypeScript, .NET, and Angular.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate system requirements into actionable development plans.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of senior developers to ensure robust solution delivery.
• Implement AI-driven features and optimize application architecture for cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and uphold high standards for code quality and security.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Architect.
• Expertise in C#, TypeScript, .NET, and Angular.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Mississauga, Canada office (Hybrid).
• Strong knowledge of software design patterns, algorithms, data structures, and architectural principles.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including experience in coaching and mentoring developers.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating AI-driven solutions or working with machine learning libraries and tools.
• Practical experience building and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS and/or Azure.
