What you will do

• Develop and extend solutions on the hirify.global Operate/ShareDo platform for top 100 law firms worldwide.
• Design and implement custom integrations, workflow components, and UI elements.
• Work across the full stack using C#, SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Collaborate with analysts and engineers to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
• Engage directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements and present technical solutions.
• Improve internal delivery efficiency by contributing to playbooks and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven track record in software development, preferably with large-scale SaaS platforms.
• Strong proficiency in C# (.NET) and SQL Server, including query optimization.
• Experience with frontend technologies: JavaScript (Vue, React, or vanilla), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both developers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with complex domains and performance-critical systems.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Toronto hub (Hybrid)

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge of .NET CLR internals or advanced SQL tuning.
• Experience with event-driven architectures, event sourcing, or data streaming.
• Familiarity with Elastic, Kurrent, Azure, or Pulumi.
• Keen interest in applying AI to improve software development.
