Salary: $164,953 - $194,896 per year

What you will do
- Own the strategic vision and roadmap for the Core Marketplace, specifically Search, Discovery, and Site UX.
- Balance the trade-offs between monetization (Ad Units) and consumer experience to ensure high retention.
- Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, establishing high standards for data rigor and product specs.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to ensure technical feasibility and algorithmic accuracy.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop business cases and go-to-market strategies.
- Utilize quantitative research and analytics to refine the conversion funnel and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 8+ years of product management experience focusing on high-traffic marketplaces.
- 2+ years of direct people management experience.
- Deep expertise in at least two areas: E-commerce, AdTech/Monetization, or Search/Discovery platforms.
- Proven track record of partnering with Engineering and Data Science on complex technical roadmaps.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
