Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $164,953 - $194,896 per year

What you will do

  • Own the strategic vision and roadmap for the Core Marketplace, specifically Search, Discovery, and Site UX.
  • Balance the trade-offs between monetization (Ad Units) and consumer experience to ensure high retention.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, establishing high standards for data rigor and product specs.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to ensure technical feasibility and algorithmic accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop business cases and go-to-market strategies.
  • Utilize quantitative research and analytics to refine the conversion funnel and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 8+ years of product management experience focusing on high-traffic marketplaces.
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience.
  • Deep expertise in at least two areas: E-commerce, AdTech/Monetization, or Search/Discovery platforms.
  • Proven track record of partnering with Engineering and Data Science on complex technical roadmaps.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

  • Interest in the cannabis economy and its unique regulatory challenges.
  • Strong ability to translate customer pain points into revenue-driving product solutions.
