What you will do

• Serve as lead engineer on complex land development projects providing high-level technical design.
• Execute and oversee QA/QC plans for the team's projects to ensure quality standards.
• Mentor and train team members to elevate technical expertise in engineering design.
• Lead the development of technical resources for the team and its projects.
• Supervise professional and technical staff regarding design approaches.
• Review contracts and provide project management support when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of related Civil Engineering experience.
• Registered as a Professional Engineer (PE).
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, and erosion control.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Must be based in or able to work in Little Rock, AR.
