What you will do

• Manage end-to-end U.S. logistics operations, including design, planning, scheduling, and cost control of shipping activities.
• Oversee carrier and freight-forwarder relationships, negotiating rates and ensuring required service levels.
• Ensure full compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and hazardous-materials (HazMat) regulations.
• Develop and implement regional logistics strategies aligned with safety, quality, and cost objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing logistics team through coaching and goal setting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Procurement, Project Management, and Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in logistics, including operational and team management.
• Hands-on experience with dangerous-goods handling and U.S. HazMat regulations.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing teams.
• Experience applying project-management methods to logistics operations.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Nice to have

• Experience with large freight forwarders and project logistics (break-bulk shipments).
• Familiarity with logistics management systems (TMS/WMS).
• Experience operating in an international, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
