What you will do

• Design and build end-to-end agentic product experiences across web, desktop, mobile, APIs, and integrations.
• Translate customer insights and usage data into product direction for AI-native workflows.
• Develop AI-powered tools for code review, application generation, and complex workflow automation.
• Collaborate with research teams to transform new model capabilities into reliable customer-facing features.
• Build enterprise-ready capabilities including identity, governance, permissions, compliance, and auditability.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on products using telemetry and real-world customer feedback.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering skills with experience shipping customer-facing products from concept to production.
• Track record of turning ambiguous ideas into successful software products.
• Experience building developer tools, SaaS products, workflow systems, or AI-powered applications.
• Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows and agentic software systems.
• Experience with enterprise software concepts such as identity, governance, and compliance.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco or Seattle.
