What you will do

• Lead advocacy and relationship-building with elected officials across approximately 15 states.
• Manage contract lobbyists and strengthen state-level coalitions and grassroots initiatives.
• Influence and shape state legislation to advance company policy priorities and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Global Corporate Affairs, legal partners, and business SMEs to mitigate regulatory challenges.
• Monitor priority bills and develop strategic assessments of state agency policies and regulations.
• Represent the company in industry trade organizations and at national conferences.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in state government, government affairs, advocacy, or state policy roles.
• Proven experience in government relations within the technology industry.
• Deep understanding of state capital legislative and regulatory processes.
• Strong capability to lead multi-faceted teams in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
• Bachelor's degree or an advanced degree.
• Must be based in New York, NY; Atlanta, GA; or Washington, DC.
