What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate term loan agreements, revolving credit facilities, and security documents.
• Provide legal advice on structuring finance transactions backed by fine art and collectible assets.
• Conduct due diligence and facilitate transaction closings for diverse clients.
• Develop and maintain legal playbooks, templates, and operational best practices.
• Partner with internal teams to identify process improvements and enhance service delivery.
• Lead training sessions for business partners regarding legal risks and compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant legal experience in banking or finance.
• Bachelor’s Degree and JD required.
• Active and in good standing with the New York State bar.
• Strong ability to multitask and manage numerous projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management and legal technology platforms.
