What you will do

• Drive technical triage and incident resolution for multi-cloud data enclaves and Generative AI software in air-gapped environments.
• Serve as the secure-zone operational interface to unblock complex GovCloud system interactions for internal engineering teams.
• Execute and adapt infrastructure scripts, automation tools, and diagnostic workflows natively within secure boundaries.
• Identify and resolve systemic environment blocks and optimize compliant patch deployment pipelines.
• Implement evolving operational frameworks within SCIFs to ensure strict adherence to federal security benchmarks.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, Support Engineering, or DevSecOps.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Bash, or Java for troubleshooting software and infrastructure code.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Hands-on debugging and systems administration experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ability to work onsite at the McLean, VA secure facility, including flexibility for 24x7 operational coverage within a SCIF.

Nice to have

• Active Counterintelligence (CI) or Full Scope Polygraph (FSP).
• Experience supporting AWS World Wide Public Sector (WWPS) or OCI Federal Support.
• Experience navigating federal compliance frameworks and air-gapped environment constraints.
