What you will do

• Design innovative services and features to enhance the core product and its value.
• Develop robust tools and services to improve and scale the image build system.
• Own high-impact, deeply technical components of the stack as a subject matter expert.
• Contribute to long-term planning and roadmap discussions to identify and solve key technical problems.
• Mentor engineers and drive higher engineering quality standards across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development, data structures, algorithms, compilers, and toolchains.
• Expertise with containers, container registries, Docker, and the Kubernetes ecosystem.
• Proficiency in writing services or tools using Go.
• Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and module organization.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in English required.

• Experience as an author or contributor to open-source projects.
