What you will do
- Conduct structured assessments of the Trust and Safety knowledge landscape to identify and remediate gaps.
- Design and administer the information architecture and tooling for knowledge organization and retrieval.
- Implement frameworks for documentation templates, versioning protocols, and content lifecycle rules.
- Capture undocumented institutional knowledge through interviews and documentation sprints.
- Establish feedback loops between frontline staff and documentation owners to prevent operational errors.
- Define and track success metrics such as search success rates and time-to-competency for new hires.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management, content strategy, or program management.
- Experience in Trust and Safety, content moderation, or platform integrity environments.
- Proven track record of auditing and restructuring complex, disorganized knowledge environments.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills to earn buy-in from senior leadership.
- Ability to operate autonomously in a remote or hybrid environment.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
