What you will do

• Capture undocumented institutional knowledge through interviews and documentation sprints.
• Establish feedback loops between frontline staff and documentation owners to prevent operational errors.
• Define and track success metrics such as search success rates and time-to-competency for new hires.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management, content strategy, or program management.
