What you will do
- Provide exceptional support to authors via phone, email, and chat.
- Manage and resolve customer cases using Salesforce.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for post-publication inquiries including royalties and book copies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes.
- Maintain accurate tracking and follow-ups for all customer interactions.
- Multitask across various platforms while maintaining professional communication standards.
Requirements
- Fluent English proficiency with excellent grammar and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM and eCommerce platforms such as Salesforce, Metorik, or WooCommerce.
- Availability for flexible hours, including late evenings in the EST time zone and potential weekend shifts.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of customer cases.
- Must be based in Córdoba, Argentina and open to a future hybrid work model.
