What you will do

  • Provide exceptional support to authors via phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage and resolve customer cases using Salesforce.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for post-publication inquiries including royalties and book copies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes.
  • Maintain accurate tracking and follow-ups for all customer interactions.
  • Multitask across various platforms while maintaining professional communication standards.

Requirements

  • Fluent English proficiency with excellent grammar and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM and eCommerce platforms such as Salesforce, Metorik, or WooCommerce.
  • Availability for flexible hours, including late evenings in the EST time zone and potential weekend shifts.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of customer cases.
  • Must be based in Córdoba, Argentina and open to a future hybrid work model.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a remote support role.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce operations.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.
