What you will do

• Analyze user stories and implemented solutions to develop and execute comprehensive testing scenarios.
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs, performing thorough regression testing upon resolution.
• Support two separate NetSuite instances and create detailed documentation for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure system stability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
• Analyze use cases and requirements for validity and feasibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of NetSuite ERP/CRM experience.
• Proven experience as a QA tester with strong knowledge of QA methodologies.
• Expertise in implementing and troubleshooting NetSuite workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, and permissions.
• Ability to write detailed test scenarios for both QA and UAT testing.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodology.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.

Nice to have

• NetSuite Certification.
• Experience with Suitebilling and/or WMS.
