What you will do

  • Plan, execute, and scale user acquisition campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Analyze performance and optimize targeting, creatives, and bidding using SQL, MetaBase, and Excel.
  • Run continuous experimentation with A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
  • Own acquisition end-to-LTV optimization by partnering closely with Growth, Product, and Design.
  • Balance UA efforts across multiple apps, each with its own growth playbook.
  • Implement and track ASO strategies to improve app visibility, rankings, and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Experience working on the developer side (in-house at an app or game company), not agency work.
  • 2–3+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition with proven campaign management on Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Apple Store.
  • Strong analytics skills with hands-on experience in SQL, MetaBase, and Excel.
  • Deep knowledge of mobile marketing metrics including CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Experience with mobile SDKs or attribution tools (e.g., Firebase, Adjust, Appsflyer).
  • Ownership mindset and ability to lead from the front while managing multiple campaigns independently.
