What you will do

• Design and execute high-impact engagement strategies in partnership with account teams.
• Serve as a technical champion and trusted advisor to drive product adoption and vision.
• Develop customer-facing collateral and conduct workshops to enable clients at scale.
• Translate field-derived insights into strategic recommendations for Product and Engineering teams.
• Act as the tier-3 escalation point for the most complex technical challenges in the Lakebase product line.

Requirements

• 10+ years of transactional database (OLTP) expertise across engineering, product development, or pre-sales.
• 6+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales or consulting role influencing technical executives.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for programming and problem-solving.
• Hands-on experience with major public clouds (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience collaborating with Global System Integrators (GSIs).
• Broad knowledge across data engineering, warehousing, ML, governance, and streaming.
