What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new vertical SMB products.
• Drive an AI-native design philosophy, determining where AI automates, consults, or replaces workflows.
• Conduct field research with practitioners to identify unmet needs and iterate on product requirements.
• Collaborate with a small, fast-moving team of engineers and product managers to ship solutions.
• Create end-to-end product experiences that balance customer needs with technical capabilities.
• Leverage and build LLM-powered tools to create differentiated customer value.

Requirements

• 10+ years of design experience, specifically building tools for business operations.
• Proven track record of shipping 0→1 products and scaling customer bases.
• Experience building with AI or developing AI-native products, including designing for probabilistic outputs.
• Strong systems thinking ability to design across complex workflows and ecosystems.
• High agency and comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders through storytelling and strategic design.

• Experience in health, wellness, fitness, or service-business SMB sectors.
