What you will do

• Drive design vision and strategy across the Growth Supergroup to improve activation, engagement, and retention.
• Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team of design leaders and senior designers.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to shape roadmaps and growth outcomes.
• Champion an AI-first, prototype-driven approach to problem-solving across the team.
• Establish quality standards and design processes that scale across multiple product surfaces.
• Influence stakeholders at the founder and executive level to ensure cohesive user experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in shaping product-led growth, particularly within B2C SaaS products.
• Strong design vision with the ability to connect creative decisions to business strategy.
• Experience building and developing design leaders and fostering a craft-driven culture.
• Data-literacy and a track record of using experimentation to guide decision-making.
• Fluency with AI tools in design practice and experience leading AI-first team cultures.
• Ability to balance high-level strategic vision with hands-on execution guidance.
