What you will do

• Lead creation of brand-forward creative concepts for integrated campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end visual design across digital, social, web, video, events, and paid media channels.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of brand, visual, and motion designers.
• Partner with marketing, product, strategy, and production teams to align business goals with creative outputs.
• Define, maintain, and evolve brand identity systems for consistency and innovation.
• Lead creative reviews, present to executives, and collaborate with agencies and partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in eligible U.S. states
• Extensive experience in brand design, visual design, or creative direction in fast-paced organizations.
• Proven leadership managing and mentoring design or creative teams.
• Strong portfolio of brand systems, campaigns, and storytelling for technical products.
• Deep expertise in typography, layout, motion, and digital experiences.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive stakeholders.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and brand governance.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology or enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows.
