TL;DR

Website Operations & Optimization Manager (Adobe Experience Manager): Managing and optimizing the Adobe website ecosystem to improve digital presence and user experience with an accent on technical SEO and web performance. Focus on driving the website roadmap, optimizing Core Web Vitals, and implementing frontend improvements using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Location: Las Vegas, NV, US. Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary: $80,500 - $149,500 per year

What you will do

  • Drive the website roadmap to enhance user experience, search visibility, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) websites using Edge Delivery Services for scalable web experiences.
  • Perform hands-on frontend optimizations and updates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Implement technical SEO strategies, including structured data, AEO, GEO, and AI discoverability guidelines.
  • Monitor and optimize Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse scores, and analytics configurations.
  • Coordinate content publishing and ensure alignment with brand standards and accessibility compliance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing and optimizing enterprise websites or digital experience platforms.
  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Solid technical expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong knowledge of technical SEO, structured data, and website discoverability.
  • Experience with Git/GitHub workflows and modern web publishing.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Edge Delivery Services (EDS) and Universal Editor.
  • Background in gaming, entertainment, or consumer digital experiences.
