TL;DR

Webflow Developer (Webflow): Migrating and consolidating two corporate websites into a single Webflow property with an accent on site architecture, CMS structure, and SEO preservation. Focus on executing a clean content migration, implementing technical SEO fundamentals, and integrating marketing automation platforms.

Location: Remote (Availability for standing check-ins in the U.S. Eastern business hours required)

What you will do

  • Build and configure responsive Webflow sites based on approved Figma designs across all breakpoints.
  • Architect CMS collections for blogs, resources, case studies, events, and product pages.
  • Migrate existing content using clean URL mapping and 301 redirects to protect SEO equity.
  • Implement on-page SEO, including metadata, schema markup, and page speed optimization.
  • Set up form integrations with marketing automation platforms and configure analytics and conversion tracking.
  • Execute pre-launch QA across browsers and devices and provide technical build documentation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional Webflow development experience with a portfolio of launched marketing websites.
  • Proven track record of migrating and consolidating multiple websites or brands into a single property.
  • Strong proficiency in Webflow CMS, interactions, and custom code embeds (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript).
  • Experience integrating Webflow with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Pardot.
  • Deep understanding of technical SEO and emerging AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) best practices.
  • Ability to work according to U.S. Eastern business hours for team synchronization.
