What you will do

• Design and manage continuous training pipelines to ensure models remain performant as data evolves.
• Build monitoring systems to detect data skew, distribution shifts, and performance decay in production.
• Wrap deep learning models into production APIs and lead load testing to validate performance at scale.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to architect ML platforms using Kubernetes, Docker, and orchestration tools.
• Optimize model serving frameworks like Triton, ONNX Runtime, or TF Serving for sub-100ms inference.
• Own the full ML lifecycle from research and feature engineering to deployment and experimentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in MLOps or ML Engineering in high-traffic environments.
• Proficiency in serving frameworks such as Triton, ONNX Runtime, or TF Serving.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and orchestration tools like Airflow or Kubeflow.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end ML lifecycles and production monitoring.
• Ability to lead load testing and resource profiling for high-performance systems.
• Willingness to relocate to Hamburg, Germany.

Nice to have

• Background in the AdTech industry and understanding of ad delivery systems.
• Experience with Evidently for production monitoring.
