What you will do

• Lead the implementation of AI tools and methodologies to drive efficiency gains in RTL coding and silicon development.
• Advance front-end methodologies and contribute to architectural and microarchitectural discussions to enhance scalability.
• Develop strategies, tools, and techniques for RTL development and logic optimization to meet power, performance, area, and timing targets.
• Collaborate with architecture and backend teams to ensure high-quality product delivery and physical design integrity.
• Build and sustain a high-performing technical organization by fostering core group values and norms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Electrical, Electronics, or related field with 12+ years experience (Master's with 10+, PhD with 6+).
• 6+ years of experience in silicon development of CPU logic.
• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership delivering successful IP projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with x86 CPU microarchitecture.
• Experience with x86 memory management execution.
• Proven track record of championing AI tools to realize tangible benefits at the product level.
