What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Copado CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development on MESH.
• Manage multiple Salesforce environments (development, testing, UAT, staging, production) and ensure synchronized, consistent metadata deployments across the MESH org.
• Configure CI/CD quality gates (code reviews, automated test execution, code-quality checks, security scans) to meet CMS deliverable performance standards.
• Automate recurring deployment tasks using custom scripts and robotic process automation; reduce manual Salesforce configuration.
• Lead release management and coordinate with development, QA, security, and CMS business teams for bi-weekly promotions to Validation.
• Implement monitoring/alerting, observability, incident response support, and backup/restore with tested rollback paths and recovery runbooks.

Requirements

• U.S. public trust clearance required: candidates must be U.S. citizens or pass clearance through the Foreign National Government System, including having lived in the United States for at least 3 of the previous 5 years and having valid, non-expired passport and appropriate visa/work permit documentation.
• 8+ years of DevSecOps experience with cloud architectures, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and security tools.
• Experience with monitoring/observability, log aggregation, and security tools within the Salesforce platform.
• Experience with Copado Data Deploy and Salesforce Data Loader.
• Knowledge of Salesforce capabilities including governor limits, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and declarative development tools; plus Salesforce automated testing frameworks and best practices.
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation) and configuration management (Ansible); Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
