SQA Analyst II

TL;DR

SQA Analyst II (QA/Automation): Ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of enterprise healthcare applications by designing and executing end-to-end functional, integration, and regression test strategies with an accent on automation frameworks, API/data validation, and defect troubleshooting across front-end and back-end systems. Focus on building robust automation using Selenium (Java), Page Object Model (POM), TestNG, Rest Assured, and SQL-based test data validation while supporting Agile delivery.

Location: Remote (USA, TN, Chattanooga) with on-site interview and occasional on-site attendance

What you will do

• Prepare testing strategy documents, develop test plans, and manage defect lifecycle using QA toolsets.
• Create and execute functional, automation, and/or performance test scripts and derive test requirements from functional/business requirements.
• Review technical design documents and build end-to-end integration test scenarios for impacted components, interfaces, and systems.
• Validate data flows and APIs by building and executing service/API validation scripts.
• Write SQL queries to support database validation and test data preparation.
• Document and communicate test status/results and assist in resolving issues identified by the team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software industry experience (or a bachelor’s degree in IT/software engineering or equivalent).
• 1 year experience in API/webservices testing.
• 2 years experience writing SQL queries and testing reports.
• 2 years experience testing web, mobile, interfaces, and back-end processing applications.
• 1 year experience in test automation or performance testing, including troubleshooting.
• Remote work from the USA; final-round interviews and occasional on-site attendance in Chattanooga, TN are required.
