What you will do

• Manage scope, schedule, and cost for specific tasks within larger naval systems programs.
• Perform as a Control Account Manager (CAM) and track Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics.
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with project controls to develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Report on key project metrics, including material forecasts, resource allocation, and budget performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to all export and security policies.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of work experience (or equivalent).
• Experience in Project Management and Scope Management.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks independently.
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• PMP or CAPM professional certifications.
• Experience in Defense (DoD) or Government Contracting.
• Knowledge of EVMS, Life Cycle Management (LCM), or CAM.
• Proficiency in Oracle, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
