hirify.global is building a hands-on online course for experienced developers on the practical use of AI coding tools in professional workflows.

What you will do

• Prepare practical workshop scenarios and training materials for Golang using Cursor and other AI coding tools.
• Conduct live, interactive training sessions and workshops for experienced engineers.
• Develop reusable materials, including code snippets, prompt libraries, challenge tasks, and reference guides.
• Review and incorporate learner feedback to continuously improve session design.
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to ensure alignment between asynchronous and live content.
• Facilitate Q&A sessions and communicate with students.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Golang.
• Professional background in fintech (payments, banking, card systems, or adjacent domains).
• Hands-on experience with Cursor and/or Claude Code in real development workflows.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable, engaging learning experiences.
• English: C1 level (excellent spoken and technical communication) required.
• Russian language proficiency is required for communication with students.

Nice to have

• Experience in live facilitation, prompting discussions, and handling Q&A in real-time.
• Experience teaching or coaching senior developers or engineering teams.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Miro, Slack, and VSCode Live Share.
