hirify.global is hiring a HubSpot CRM Lead to own CRM administration and analytics for marketing, sales, and investment operations.

What you will do

  • Fully own HubSpot CRM administration, including fields, workflows, data hygiene, permissions, automation, and reporting.
  • Design and maintain sales leadership dashboards (conversion funnel, cycle time, velocity by persona, cost per close).
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to execute CRM-based automation that improves pipeline efficiency and scalability.
  • Analyze CRM and marketing/sales activity data to identify high-value investor personas and optimize lead conversion insights.
  • Extract and normalize data from property management platforms (e.g., AppFolio, ResMan) and build dashboards for property-level metrics (leasing results, rent growth, delinquency, occupancy).
  • Automate manual reporting workflows to improve staff efficiency and increase data transparency across the firm.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in data operations, CRM administration, or analytics roles supporting sales and marketing.
  • Advanced capability in HubSpot CRM workflow development, automation, and custom reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
  • Preferred experience with real estate/property management systems such as AppFolio or ResMan.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to lead CRM/analytics function autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to partner effectively with marketing, sales, and investment teams.
