Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Greenville, SC office (Hybrid options available after 90 days).

What you will do
- Lead business development and capture efforts for hydraulic modeling and system planning services in the Southeast market.
- Serve as the client-facing Project Manager for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with Client Directors to build and maintain strategic client relationships.
- Lead the execution of complex system studies, including capacity, condition, and resilience assessments.
- Identify and hire talent to grow the execution team.
- Integrate GIS, asset management, and data visualization tools into master planning projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) License is required.
- Minimum of 8 years of related infrastructure assessment experience.
- Proven experience in hydraulic modeling, master planning, and data analysis.
- Experience in a client-facing role and developing technical proposals.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (No visa sponsorship available).
Nice to have
- Familiarity with hydraulic modeling software such as InfoWorks, ICM, WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, or EPANet.
- Experience with dynamic data visualization software like PowerBI.
- Background in asset management and condition assessment.
