What you will do

• Design end-to-end AI architectures, including data pipelines, model development, deployment, monitoring, and integration into enterprise systems.
• Leverage modern AI/ML frameworks and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, Databricks, Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, and GCP Vertex AI.
• Partner with client stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into AI-driven solutions, providing technical leadership.
• Evangelize responsible AI practices, including governance, bias mitigation, and model transparency, and guide/mentor delivery teams.
• Oversee solution implementation to ensure alignment with architectural principles and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Contribute to the growth of hirify.global’s data & AI practice and stay ahead of emerging trends in AI/ML.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and/or advanced analytics, with 3+ years in solution architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks and tools (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, MLflow).
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native AI/ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks).
• Hands-on experience with data architecture, pipelines, and integration (SQL, Python, Spark, APIs).
• Proven ability to design and implement production-grade AI/ML solutions at enterprise scale.
• Understanding of responsible AI practices, including governance, fairness, security, and compliance, with excellent communication skills.
